Dan has managed intellectual property litigation and dispute resolution domestically and internationally. His particular litigation and dispute resolution emphasis is directed toward patent, trademark and trade secret enforcement matters.
His practice further includes the preparation of opinions regarding matters of patent infringement, validity, and enforceability, conducting intellectual property due diligence investigations, and related litigation. He provides these services across a broad range of multi-disciplinary industry sectors including wireless communications, medical devices, software, transportation, forest products, material handling, recreational devices, and consumer products.
